          The PEC-EM3-96-5A is a multifunctional energy meter for collecting and analysing electrical parameters. The device is used not only in electricity transmission and distribution systems but also for measuring electricity consumption and in intelligent high-voltage networks (Smart Grids).

The device supports the measurement of various electrical parameters, including voltage, current, power in four quadrants, power factor (PF), total harmonic distortion (THD), individual harmonic distortion, imbalance factor, crest factor, and so on.

In addition, the device offers extensive capabilities for measuring and recording electrical energy, including bidirectional active energy, reactive energy, energy in four quadrants and statistics of daily and monthly energy consumption.

The PEC-EM3-96-5A supports various network configurations, including 1P2W, 2P3W, 3P3W and 3P4W. The device also features multiple digital inputs and outputs and supports the SOE function (Sequence of Events, event logging).

This makes it particularly suitable for real-time energy monitoring and control systems, energy management systems and industrial monitoring applications. The device stands out for its high reliability, stability and long lifespan.

The PEC-EM3-96-5A supports the connection of external voltage transformers (PT) and current transformers (CT), enabling measurements of up to a maximum current of 9,999 A and a maximum voltage of 600 kV.

The device is equipped with an RS485 communication interface and supports the Modbus RTU protocol with a maximum baud rate of 38,400 bps. This allows measurement data to be easily read remotely.

In addition, the device features a large LCD screen and touch-sensitive control buttons, allowing various parameters to be displayed and set locally.

To ensure safety and prevent unauthorized changes, the device is equipped with password protection.
