Arcel develops both standard and custom power assemblies for energy conversion.
The range includes single and three-phase rectifier bridges, thyristor-controlled solutions, and inverter assemblies. For applications that cannot be solved with a standard configuration, complete assemblies can be tailored to the electrical and thermal requirements of the project.
Typical applications include: industrial drives, motor control, power supplies and converters, energy infrastructure, railway applications, and sustainable energy.
Cooling & thermal management
In power electronics, good heat dissipation is essential for reliable operation and long lifespan.
Arcel therefore offers various cooling plates and cooling solutions such as Caloduc's for power semiconductors. There are versions for insulated modules, press-pack components, and screwed semiconductors.
In addition, cooling plates, fans, and other accessories are available to thermally optimise a complete power assembly.
