Firmware
updates remotely via FUOTA
The built-in Network Server of the UG56
supports Firmware Update Over-The-Air (FUOTA).
This allows compatible LoRa® and
LoRaWAN® devices to be remotely provided with new firmware after installation via
the LoRaWAN® network.
Technicians do not need to physically visit each device
individually for firmware updates.
This can significantly
reduce maintenance costs, especially in large installations with hundreds or thousands

BACnet over
LoRaWAN® for building management
The Milesight UG56 can be used to
integrate LoRaWAN® devices with Building Management Systems (BMS).
Thanks to support for BACnet can
data from wireless LoRaWAN® sensors be made available within
existing building management systems.
LoRaWAN® acts as a wireless
communication channel towards the existing BACnet infrastructure.

Provisioning Service.
