We work 90% for Belgian customers, striving for a close personal relationship and good operational flexibility. This allows us to rely on trust and effective methods to ensure quality and maintain customer satisfaction, without the need for formal certification.

Nevertheless, we use less formal quality management systems that better fit our needs and resources.
