Powerex Europe Manufacturing and Assembly (PEMA) is a leading manufacturer of  thyristors and diodes. PEMA production facility is located in Le Mans (France) where power semiconductors are manufactured for more than 40 years.

Besides a range of standard products, PEMA is able of providing components or assemblies (air or liquid cooled) manufactured especially to fit to particular requests of the customers.

Thyristors and diodes are available in stud, discs or modules packages.
